Samantha Walker Creative team hop!

For my card today, I used both Samantha's Paris Girl line from Carta Bella, her JustRite Stamps, and some of her fabric from Riley & Blake.  (let's be honest...I can't sew to save my life.  I tried several times...my sewing machine and I just don't see eye to eye)

I adhered the black and white fabric to the card base, and then added the pink gathered piece.  The tag is adhered with some 3D Foam Squares to pop it up.
